About Children's Ministry
The Children's Ministry is where faith begins. In a safe and joyful environment, our trained teachers introduce the youngest members of PIWC Takoradi to the love of Jesus through worship, Bible stories and play.
We care for the whole child, spiritual, physical and emotional, laying a foundation that will last a lifetime.
Children's Ministry is a movement of the church — every member belongs by default based on their profile. There's nothing to request: keep your gender and date of birth up to date and you're counted automatically.
Children's Ministry, in brief.
From the nursery through to age twelve.
Age-appropriate worship, stories and activities.
Trained teachers in a secure, caring setting.
The Children's Ministry cares for children from birth to 12 years, addressing their spiritual, physical and emotional needs and instilling Christian values early in life through engaging Bible lessons, worship and activities.
Every Sunday, trained teachers lead children in age-appropriate worship, Bible stories and creative activities in a safe, loving environment. When children turn 13 they transition into the Youth Ministry.
We are always glad of more hands to teach, sing and care. If you love children and love the Lord, come and serve with us.
